Refund Policy

f there is a problem with the goods, please notify me at Rachel@BetteLove.com within 7 busines days of receiving your goods, providing details of the problem.

 

Please where possible provide digital photos showing the problem. If an exchange is requested, the exchanged item will be dispatched upon arrival and checking of the original goods. We advise any returns are arrange via a trackable postal method The cost of returning and packaging goods to us is your responsibility, so please ensure they are packaged in a way as not to cause further damage, as this may delay the process and legal advice may be seeked.

 

If needed a full refund can be obtained, However we would rather you speak with us first so that we can try to resolve any issues.

 

An agreed Refund will be paid to you within 30 days of the refund process being started.
